B2B PARTECIPATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

01. PARTICIPATION AND APPLICATION TO THE TRADE FAIR AFTERNOON

Companies that are regularly registered with their local Italian Chambers of Commerce are eligible to participate. If such requirement is met, they must submit their application via website to the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland (CCIS) by 15.06.2025, completing all required fields. Due to limited availability, applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the selection by CCIS expert staff, until all available places (18-20) are filled. CCIS reserves the right to extend the registration deadline without providing reasons to third parties.

02. ADMISSION

The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland reserves the right to accept or reject applications received by written notice (e-mail). Companies that have not paid the registration fee by the deadline will be excluded. This exclusion will be promptly communicated to the party concerned, without any obligation to provide reasons.

03. PARTICIPATION FEE

A. The participation fee is as follows:

  1. CCIS member companies: CHF 1,400 + VAT 8.1%.
  2. Non-CCIS member companies: CHF 1,700 + VAT 8.1%.

B. The participation fee includes:

  1. Rental of the exhibition hall at SUPSI University – Lugano.
  2. An exhibition stand consisting of a table and two chairs.
  3. coffee break.
  4. Selection and participation of industry professionals and a selected audience.

C. The cost of participation does not include:

  1. Travel and accommodation costs of company representatives.
  2. Costs of shipping/customs clearance for any goods to be exhibited.

Each company must be represented directly by the owner or by a person delegated to conduct business negotiations.

The application deadline is 15 June 2025.

04.PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
If the event is cancelled due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the control of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland, the full amount paid will be refunded within 20 days of the cancellation notification.
05. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE PARTICIPATING COMPANY
Travel and accommodation costs, as well as shipping and possible customs clearance of goods from the company’s premises to the event venue, are responsibility of the participating company. Interpreting services and hotel accommodation can be arranged by CCIS at reduced rates, with related costs borne by the participating company.
06. CANCELLATIONS
Any company unable to participate in the initiative for reasons that arise must promptly notify the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland with a written note via email. If the withdrawal is received by 27.09.2024:
  • Companies that have not yet paid the participation fee will still be required to pay 50% of the agreed amount.
  • Companies that have already paid the fee will be reimbursed 50% of the amount paid.
If the withdrawal is made after 27.09.2024, the company will be required to pay the full participation fee; if the company has already paid, no reimbursement will be made.
07. COMPLAINTS

Any failure to meet obligations by the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland or any deficiencies in workstation setup must be promptly contested by the company with a written complaint. This allows for investigation and potential resolution. The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland will respond within the maximum limit of the participation fee paid by the company for the specific initiative.

08. PUBLICITY

The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland will promote the event through its website, social channels, Chamber newsletter, direct mailings to operators, and other available communication channels.

09. INSURANCE

The participation fee does not include insurance. The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland is not liable for any loss or damage to exhibited products or other property of participating companies during the event.

10. JURISDICTION
Any disputes between the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland and participating companies will be settled by the Court of Zurich.
